Orders

You can order goods online, or by telephone on tel: 02380 511931 Mon-Sat 0900 to 1700hrs or by email: sales@marchsports.co.uk

Payment Methods

Payment for orders can be made online via our Paypal A/C, or by credit card via Nochex * online payment service, by cheque payable to March Sports or by credit card via tel 02380 511931(*please note that payments made via this method will show on the credit card statement as NOCHEX). All payments are made on a secure server and use SSL as per industry standard.

Availability

We aim to have you order delievered to you within 7-10 working days. If any item that you order is not available we will contact you either by telephone or by email to discuss alternative options.

Cancellation of Orders

Should you wish to cancel you order for any reason once it has been placed you must contact us in writing with your instructions (email to sales@marchsports.co.uk), if by the time we receive your cancellation email your order has be despatched, our returns policy should be followed once you have received your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping Charges quoted at check out for are for UK Mainland addresses only excluding Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, (we will however ship smaller items  to these excluded areas at no extra charge providing  the items ordered can be posted through the normal Royal Mail system)   for all other areas please contact us for costs before placing your order. We Also Offer discounts on shipping cost  for large orders, please contact us for an exact quote.

Most of the orders placed will be sent by a shipping service (City Link couriers or royal mail recorded delivery for smaller items) that requires a signature on delivery, should your parcel arrive damaged please sign for it as damaged and check the contents immediately to ensure that your order is in good condition and complete.

Damaged Items and Returns Policy

Any damaged, broken or incomplete orders must be advised to us within 24 hours of receipt.  If a signature cannot be obtained and the goods are returned to us, we reserve the right to pass on any additional costs the may be incurred.

In the event that a item might need to be returned to us, please return it within seven days of receipt together with a covering letter advising the reason for its return. All items returned should be carefully packed with all of its contents intact and in its original packaging. You should use a shipping service that requires a signature on delivery such as Royal Mail recorded delivery. We regret that we are unable to refund return postage costs without prior agreement.
